Dispatch Center Case Study
Problem:
A large venue required better control of all resources during events. During events the venue management team has the need to stay in constant radio communications with its staff which is divided into numerous different groups, as well as various Public Safety officers and on-site vendors. Additionally management desired the ability to monitor live video of the entry/exit gates.

Red Cloud Solution:
Red Cloud designed and engineered a Dispatch Center that provides radio communication to all users on the premises, including UHF Conventional, UHF Trunked, VHF, 800 MHz Trunked, and Nextel, with both override and radio kill capability. This Dispatch Center system also controls remote wireless surveillance cameras and incorporates PC / Broadband Data and landline telephony.
