Red Cloud merges with service provider Data Transfer Systems

Red Cloud, Inc., a California Corporation, and Data Transfer Systems of Pacheco, CA today announce the merger and integration of their operations, henceforth under the name Red Cloud, Inc.

Red Cloud, formed in September of 2001 by Mike Leksan and Kevin Lincks, is the leading provider of wireless voice, video and data solutions to government and industry in the Northern California marketplace. As a Motorola Manufacturer's Representative, Red Cloud designs and implements radio communications systems for public safety organizations.

Red Cloud is the current partner of choice of Motorola, Inc. in the implementation of the East Bay Regional Communications System, delivering a fully digital interoperable P25-compliant communications system for first responders in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.

Data Transfer Systems, formed in 2001 by Keith Lattin and Richard Gooch, provides technical and engineering services for wireless voice and data systems throughout the Bay Area. Through a long-time partnership, DTS has supported Red Cloud's sales and marketing team in numerous radio and wireless broadband system implementations.

By combining forces, Red Cloud and DTS together represent more than 150 combined years of experience in the local market for radio communication solutions.

The combined entity now represents the finest combined sales and RF Engineering team in Northern California, offering reliable design, repair, installation and optimization services for wireless communication systems of all sizes.
